"I wanted to take time to thank you for a great job on the furnace installation. I certainly like a job that is done efficiently, accurately, correct, true, spare, level, neat, etc., etc. I think you provided all of the above.

I would like to point a out a few things I appreciate your men doing. The equipment was placed true and square with the runs fitting exactly in the place they were made for. Exhaust and intake plastic pipe was very neatly done with both pieces parallel to each other, along their length. Final construction of sheetmetal is excellent and nicely worked around the joists and beams of the old house.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean basement upon completion of the job. It was nice to have shavings collected from the drilling. Cutting of registers was done neat and cleanly. I was left very little to pick up accept a few screws and small miscellaneous pieces. All this in a gravel basement.

It was especially heartening to have someone working in our home who cared about their work, in a time when we have grown to expect less. As my neighbor mentioned, they didn’t waste time smoking. Please pass on my thanks to members of your organization."
