On behalf of the village board, I would like to express our appreciation for the extraordinary manner in which your technician handled our heating problem on January 10th. They would like me to thank you for supplying electric heaters to maintain heat in our building until the heater could be restored to working order. As a village board meeting was held at 7:00 PM that night it was imperative that the building have adequate heat. In today’s world often excellent service goes unacknowledged and in this case, the village board wanted you to be aware that your technician, Al must be considered a very valuable employee to your organization.
